Business Representation

Our newest division assists Japanese small businesses that wish to establish a business presence in southern California.  Under limited circumstances, we make this service available outside of California.

Key Benefits

  • Working with expert local legal counsel, we assist the Japanese company with selecting and establishing the proper format for the business entity.
  • We will act as the local representative for the Japanese company in the U.S.
  • We assist the Japanese company with conducting business transactions in the U.S.
  • We conduct local research for the Japanese company.
  • Should the Japanese company wish to send employees to the U.S., we will assist them in obtaining all necessary visas and we will assist them in their relocation.
