How do I send you my original content?

We prefer to receive your materials via e-mail at Hata@Satoko.com, if that is possible.  If not, you may fax it to us at 818-341-1508, or mail it to us at Hata Language Services, LLC, 15303 Ventura Boulevard, Suite 900, Sherman Oaks, CA 91403-3199 U.S.A. Please do not mail originals - send copies only.

How will you send the translation back to us?

We prefer to send you the translation in electronic format.  We can send an electronic file in any of the major Japanese and English word processing formats available.  We can also send you a hard copy via FAX or mail. The choice is yours.

How can I pay you?

Currently, you may pay us by bank wire transfer, check, or money order.  Shortly, we will be offering on-line credit card processing as well.

What do you charge?

Our rates vary, depending upon the difficulty of the materials to be translated.   Obviously, technical content is more difficult than business correspondence.   Please contact us at Hata@Satoko.com with the details of your project and we will be happy to give you a specific cost quotation.
